Counselling For Couples and relationships

Couples and relationship counselling can enable you to identify what is currently happening in your relationship, to be clear about the things that you’d like to be different, and help you to bridge the gap.

My training enables me to work effectively with conflict resolution, to aid healthy communication and to help couples and people in relationships.

Systemic approaches help us take a ‘helicopter view’ of the situation, we will then work together to understand it, work through it and attempt to either simplify it or resolve it.

This approach is not limited to intimate couples but can also be applied to parent / child relationships, brothers / sisters, family members, partners in business or work colleagues.

Attending counselling with a professional who is impartial and trained to hold a position of neutrality can be highly beneficial. Whether you are looking to improve your relationship, intimacy or closeness, or whether you are looking to separate and co-parent or find some common ground, attending counselling can facilitate this process.
